You understand and agree that the service is provided "as is" and that CleanBooking Hub assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation via email.
- Pricing is transparently displayed during the booking process based on the service parameters you select.
- Full payment or a valid payment method must be provided to secure an appointment slot.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the actual condition of the premises upon arrival, subject to your approval prior to commencing work.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any penalties. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a late cancellation fee to compensate our professionals for reserved time.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to provide a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals. This includes securing pets, providing clear access to areas requiring service, and ensuring that any hazardous materials are properly stored. CleanBooking Hub reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary beyond standard cleaning scope.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CleanBooking Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
